BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT T&C WHEN BOOKING

DEPOSIT – A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. We allow for a maximum of one reschedule date. If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time, the deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS – if your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO SHOW - if you do not show for your appointment a full service fee will be charged.

CANCELS LESS THAT 24 HOURS - if you cancel your appointment or ask to reschedule within 24 hours a full service fee will be charged.
NEW CLIENT - If you are a new client we allow time for you to complete our new client form so there is no need to arrive early.
RUNNING LATE - If you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time will be shortened however you are still required to pay a full service fee. This is to ensure that we do not run behind for people that are on time.
SESSION PACKS – If you have already purchased a session pack in clinic, please book the ‘Standard Consultation – Pre Paid Pack’ and you will not be charged a deposit for your booking.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you we value your time and this means we rarely run late. We ask that you also value our time. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
